Our rich buffet-style breakfast is served in the part of the hotel that was once “the bishop’s house”, a 200 year old mansion with its unique in Mykonos architectural structure that gave our hotel its name. Our breakfast room is designed to create charming, calm atmosphere with its fine, antique-style furniture and pale colours. Breakfast is served in white and blue fine china that fits with the elegant lines of the decoration and are harmonised with the aesthetic of the room. The ceiling with its exposed wooden beams is the original and gives a traditional feeling to the visitor.
